Lee Auten - SLGA Hire
Lee Auten will be joining Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority as Vice-President, Partnerships & Supply Management, effective March 18, 2013. As Vice-President, Partnerships & Supply Management, Lee will have overall responsibility for partnerships with the liquor and gaming industries, as well as the marketing, purchasing, pricing, transportation and distribution of alcohol products and leading SLGA’s customer service strategy. With her experience in leadership and change management, Lee brings significant knowledge in developing programs and leading people. Lee’s experience in implementing strategic direction, forging external partnerships and providing customer service will be beneficial as SLGA continues to develop strong relationships with our partner industries and stakeholders. Lee brings to SLGA leadership experience from her work in a number of public and private sector organizations, most recently as Executive Director, Regional Services with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture. As Executive Director of Regional Services, she was responsible for leading the provision of services to farmers, ranchers and related businesses through ten regional offices and seven satellite offices. Prior to joining the Government of Saskatchewan, Lee was the Executive Director for Destination Moose Jaw Discovery Inc. where her efforts resulted in the Tourism Saskatchewan Award of Excellence for Rookie of the Year Business for the Moose Jaw Trolley Company. Lee also has private sector experience having worked in economic development and marketing roles for a number of private organizations.
